How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

How do I turn off AI features?

Go to Settings and disable the AI / Ruu permission. No data will be sent to the AI provider after you turn it off.

Why is the app slow on the first request after a while?

Ruuton runs on a server that spins down after inactivity. The first request after a quiet period may take 10–30 seconds to wake up. Subsequent requests are fast.

Can I turn off weight tracking?

Yes. Go to Settings and disable weight tracking. No weight data will be collected or shown.
